For urgent faults which are affecting the service of your business, we will contact you within 1 hour (within normal business hours).

For all other non-urgent phone issues, we will be in touch within just 4 hours. Upon logging your fault, you will be given a reference number and estimated time frame for resolution.

Hardware Support Cover

A Support agreement covers any issues you may have with your hardware e.g. handsets, headsets, cordless phones, mobiles etc and software (PC and App) and any subsequent Engineer visits. You will be given our highest priority to ensure we keep your business operational.
